Our appointments are personal, relaxed and completely private for the duration of your visit. At peak times we can get extremely busy, so we ask that you book in advance. Equally, if you need to cancel, we really appreciate as much notice as possible as we can always fill your spot if we are given notice.

We may have to move your requested time depending phone/ dm appointments in the diary- if so well be in touch within 48hours to arrange. We operate on an ‘appointment only’ basis. This ensures that your allotted time is private and we can give you our full attention while you find your dream dress, design your gown with us or have your alterations fitting.

Saturday bridal appointments are prime time, often there will be a waiting list. We are one of the last remaining boutiques in the area that do not charge an appointment fee at the weekend, and we’d like this to remain so. Unfortunately, we are experiencing no-shows, which are extremely damaging to our small business. We understand that life happens, so all we ask is that you let us know asap if you need to rearrange or cancel your booking.
