Our appointments are personal, relaxed and completely private for the duration of your visit. Please call or text on 07775258220. to arrange a suitable time. You can also email your availability to roxy@thebridalatelier.co.uk. There is a £25 charge for Saturday appointments which can be taken over the phone during opening hours, or via payment link to your phone number. Please note, your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been processed. :

* Please do make sure the dresses and designers that we stock are ones you love- screenshot a style or two which you would love to try on as a jumping off point for your appointment. There will be time to try on 6- 8 gowns during your visit. We can guide you with how best to use our time wisely, and try on the very best dresses for you.

 * Please only book when you are really ready to find your dream dress- we recommend about a year before the big day as a nice, stress- free pace, but we can accommodate longer or shorter time frames too. We can not accommodate appointments which are booked just for the experience or a fun day out. We are a small business with large overheads, so it is important for us keep our appointment slots for brides’ who really need them.

* If you need to cancel, we really appreciate as much notice as possible as we can always fill your spot if we are given ample notice. 

* You are most welcome to bring guests- we have seating for three additional people. As a small boutique, we unfortunately can’t accommodate larger groups comfortably.

* You don’t need to bring anything along- just yourself and an open mind. We can’t wait to meet you and to help you find a dress that you love.
